It’s not ‘Rocket Science’ is it? Along with the Greenways Values, feedback is already ensuring that our children know what to do next in order to improve further.
I like the idea of differentiating feedback in line with the mastery approach. In reality, we often work hard to get all pupils to identify their areas for development, when perhaps some don’t have the understanding they need at that point to do so. Definitely food for thought.
